Sin ella no puedes registrarte en el ingreso del hospital, así que es lo primero que debes llevar. Y, si vas a usar seguro de gastos médicos, tu póliza y número de asegurada.Without it you cannot register at the hospital entrance, so it is the first thing to bring. And, if you plan to use medical insurance, your policy and member number.
Papanicolaou, ultrasonidos, laboratorios, biopsias o reportes quirúrgicos. Aunque sean viejos o de otro médico: sirven para comparar.Pap smears, ultrasounds, lab work, biopsies or surgical reports. Even if old or from another doctor: they help for comparison.
La lista de lo que tomas (incluye anticonceptivos y suplementos), la fecha de tu última menstruación y las preguntas que quieres resolver, escritas. La consulta presencial dura 60 minutos y cuesta $1,500 MXN. La videoconsulta dura 40 minutos y cuesta $1,200 MXN, cuando es pertinente para tu motivo de atención. No canceles sin preguntar. La consulta y el ultrasonido casi siempre se pueden hacer igual; solo algunos estudios, como el Papanicolaou, conviene reprogramarlos.
